How to apply: Students graduated in Italy
Application and enrollment procedures for students who graduated or are about to graduate in Italy are:
- Students holding a Bachelor’s degree in Biology or Biotechnology from an Italian University with a score ≥ 99/110 can enroll directly without admission test (direct enrollment).
- Students holding a Bachelor’s degree in Biology or Biotechnology from an Italian University with a score < 99/110 have to pass an admission test.
- Students holding a degree in disciplines other than Biology or Biotechnology from an Italian University have to pass a pre-evaluation of qualification and admission test.
- Students enrolled in the third year of a degree course in Biology or Biotechnology (academic year 2018/2019) or other disciplines that will graduate after October 15 and own at least 150 cfu on the day of the admission test have to pass a pre-evaluation of qualification and admission test.
The application for evaluation of qualification and admission test requires the payment of a 35 € fee.
Students who are required to pass the admission test have to submit electronically their application between July and September 2019. The detailed procedure and requested documentation is described in the Admission Announcement.
The admission test will take place in Pavia in September 26, 2019, at 9:30, in Classroom 2 (Aula 2) at the Nuovo Polo Didattico, Via Ferrata 1 (link).
The test will be an oral exam in English concerning basic concepts in Biochemistry, Cell Biology, Genetics, Microbiology and Molecular Biology.
Students who are eligible for direct enrollment or successfully passed the admission test (if required) have to submit electronically their enrollment application between October 1-15, 2019. To enroll, login in your reserved area, then click Menu (right corner) -> Segreteria -> Immatricolazione.
Late enrollments are also accepted until March 1, 2020, upon payment of an additional 82 € fee.

Students who passed the admission test and will graduate after October 15, 2019, can enroll under “conditional enrollment”. These students have to obtain their degree by March 1, 2020.
